People.com reported the 30-day residential rehabilitation facility plans for Pratt, 23, comes as she plead innocent on Friday to DUI charges in a Los Angeles court.
Pratt said being arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in October was the worst thing to happen to her, and, at the same time, was also the biggest blessing.
If Pratt is convicted on misdemeanor DUI charges, she could face up to six months in jail.
